From Classroom to Leadership: A Journey in Early Childhood Education
Starting as a dedicated teacher for early years learners and kindergarten students, my journey evolved into a leadership role in training and mentoring educators in the field of Early Childhood Education. Along the way, I gained comprehensive expertise in both national and international early years curricula.
Holding a specialization in ECCEd&A - Early Childhood Care, Education & Administration, my experience goes far beyond teaching ABCs and 123s. It encompasses a deep understanding of child development, child psychology, behavioral patterns, inclusive education, and the educational philosophies of renowned global thinkers in early childhood.
This holistic approach has enabled me to contribute meaningfully to early years education through curriculum design, teacher training, and strategic academic planning ensuring children receive nurturing, developmentally appropriate, and inclusive learning experiences.
